Salted Caramel Latte - Protein Mug Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop Salted Caramel Latte FloFit Protein
  • 3 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp almond milk
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • Optional: ½ tsp instant coffee for extra coffee kick & fresh berries to serve

Instructions:

METHOD:

  1. In a microwave-safe mug, whisk together the egg and almond milk until combined.
  2. Add the FloFit Protein, almond flour, baking powder, and instant coffee (if using). Mix well until smooth.
  3. Microwave on high for 60–90 seconds, or until the cake has risen and is set in the middle. (Microwave times may vary.)
  4. Let cool for a minute before enjoying warm.
