About Tamika Woods
Tamika Woods is a Clinical Nutritionist, Fertility Awareness Educator, and the bestselling author of PCOS Repair Protocol. She is the founder of Nourished Natural Health, a women's health company supporting people with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) through evidence-based supplements, education, and digital resources.
Areas of expertise
Tamika's clinical and editorial work focuses on Polycystic Ovary Syndrome diagnosis, root-cause classification, and management; hormonal health and the menstrual cycle; fertility, preconception, and natural conception with PCOS; insulin resistance and metabolic health in women; and evidence-based nutritional supplementation.
Background
For a decade, Tamika lived with chronic acne, irregular cycles, mood swings, hair loss, painful periods, severe digestive issues, and PCOS. After years of inconclusive answers from conventional pathways, she returned to formal study and built a clinical understanding of root-cause PCOS management. She cleared her skin, regulated her cycle, eliminated period pain, and conceived her daughter naturally in 2020.
She practiced clinically as a Clinical Nutritionist at Health Space Clinics and as a Women's Health Nutritionist at Studio You Australia, working with clients in person and via telehealth before founding Nourished Natural Health to make evidence-based PCOS support accessible at scale.
Through Nourished Natural Health, Tamika and her team have supported over 150,000 women managing PCOS symptoms.
