This mixes well with their protein shake. But the flavor is hard to get through on its own.

I've been taking for 3 months now to regulate my cycle while trying to conceive. Cycle is now predictable 28-30 days with a lighter 3-4 day period. Was hoping to see some weight loss or reduction in unwanted hair but have not noticed changes there as of yet. Nice minimal flavor vs other overly sweet products out there. So far so good! Unfortunately I have broken out a little bit around my cycle but that's not unusual. I have noticed a decrease in appetite and improved hormonal emotional symptoms.

The taste is good. I think I noticed better sleep but nothing else. Truly think it made my hair loss worse and hirsutism more aggressive. I lost 3 inches of hair in 1 month. Breaks even easier. Gave me headaches the first week. Probably wont be buying again.
