I quit my birth control and started taking the Androgen blocker and the Inositol two and a half weeks ago. Since then I have been feeling more energetic and able to get through my day, and I have seen a slight decrease in the speed of my hirsutism hair regrowth. The pills do not upset my stomach no matter what time or day I take them, and I feel a glimmer of hope that they might actually help me heal my PCOS. I have been suffering through this since I was fifteen years old, and the thought of possibly not needing to take two days in bed racked with extreme pain, nausea, hot flashes, acne, and cramps at the start of my cycle brings me great joy. I believe this program is working, and I hope to be able to write another review down the line telling the story of my recovery.

I started taking this because my PCOS was causing irregular cycles. Dr wanted me to take metformin or birth control. I asked about supplements and inositol was recommended. Ordered a 3 month supply and noticed a slight difference in unwanted hair growth by the 2nd month. I'm on my 4th month and can say my cycle has been more regulated.
I have noticed more sustained energy and reduced insulin resistant symptoms since starting to take this! I've only been on about a month so I'm very hopeful to see continued progress in my health and cycle as I continue taking.
I have not seen a result yet from taking this. But I am usually responsive to Inositol. So I will be on the look out for this next month to seeing a period, or maybe next month. As with other Inositol products it only takes a couple of weeks to work.. The capsules feel more plasticky than other capsules, like they're thicker. In a way, more cumbersome than other capsules. Now, I can take them, but sometimes, as we as sufferers of PCOS and taking tons of supplements know, it's a chore to take every them every day, so I will be monitoring how I feel about these capsules or if I will go back to something more tolerable.

I have been taking this combination for 3 full weeks now. I have always battle with menstrual irregularity related to my PCOS and have went a full year without a cycle before. After a year and half of trying to get pregnant with no success, I got diagnosed with PCOS and the immediate response was to put me back on birth control to regulate and then use another medication to improve chances of conception.
