Why I Created This Formula
I created Calm + Sleep because I know what it's like to dread bedtime.
For years, I'd lie awake with my mind racing through tomorrow's to-do list, yesterday's mistakes, and every worst-case scenario in between. When I did finally fall asleep, I'd wake up at 3am and stare at the ceiling until my alarm went off. Then I'd drag myself through the day on coffee and sheer determination.
What I didn't realize was that my chronic stress and poor sleep were making my PCOS worse. Elevated cortisol drives insulin resistance, increases androgen levels, and makes weight loss nearly impossible. Sleep isn't a luxury for women with PCOS. It's medicine.
